Terms & Conditions – ALM Stay

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ALM stay website and the booking of stays at our property. By using this website and/or submitting a booking request, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Requests

  • Submitting a booking form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

  • After receiving your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability, pricing, and booking details.

  • A reservation is considered confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from ALM stay.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Full deposit payment may be required to secure the reservation.

    • A reservation is not considered valid until deposit payment has been received as agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
    Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Non-refundable within 60 days of arrival.
    Cancellations made less than 60 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. The total reservation amount will be retained.

  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting booking details.

    • Respect the property, its contents, and any house rules provided.

    • Use the property only for lawful purposes.

    • Not exceed the maximum number of guests agreed at booking.

  • Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

5. Personal Information

  • When submitting a booking request, we collect your name and email address.

  • This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate regarding your stay.

  • We do not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law.

6. Accuracy of Information

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting the booking form.

  • ALM S.r.l. is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the guest.

7. Website Use

  • By using this website, you agree:

    • Not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

    • Not to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

  • All content, images, text, and materials on this website are the property of ALM stay and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ALM  S.r.l. shall not be held liable for:

    • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events).

    • Temporary interruptions of website availability.

    • Indirect or consequential losses related to the stay or website use.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
